RETURN POLICY.
If you don't like the book, if you don't like the quality or the story, then you have 30-days to return it to us. We'll review each case, but so long as your willing to ship it back and the book is not damaged, then we'll happily take it back and refund your purchase charge (minus a reshelving fee to cover the shipping fees & taxes). _______________________________________ Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Conditions for Return/Exchange: Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and accessories intact. Original packaging is not required. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back for the return. If the item is damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, it may be returned to the customer and the refund refused. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions. Time Limit: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@prajektintl.com for instructions on mail-in returns. Refunds: Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process and appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly assist you in selecting a different item. If the new item is of greater value, we may ask you to pay the difference. Our goal is your happiness, and we review every exchange case individually. Exceptions: Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to different return policies. These exceptions will be clearly marked at the point of sale or on the product description. This may include, but are not limited to: final sale items, personalized items, and similar.
